Don’t want to ick out the guys here, but orgasms are the best treatment ever for menstrual cramps. Unfortunately, you’re limited to, shall we say, private settings…

Well as the mother of a young nursing baby and a preschooler, I can assure you, Peter, that sex is not vital. Sure, it’s been sixteen weeks since we’ve had sex; my hair’s falling out in clumps (except my nipple hair, which is coming in stronger than ever), my eyesight’s failing, I’m developing arthritis, odd tumor-like growths, bunions, ingrown toenails, and exema (while my husband has an ulcer, green pustules on his face, smallpox, chicken pox, monkey pox and gopher pox, decreased hearing, loss of smell and appetite, two abcessed teeth, and an inflammation of the prostate). We no longer look at one another, and he sleeps across the street on the neighbor’s couch. We’re doing just fine. Who says sex is a necessity?

LOL… Oh my GOD… you crack me up… and now you’ve got me wondering what gopher pox is (but really not sure if I want to know)
